All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Prices at the time of order placement are final for that transaction.

4. Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

5. COD Policy

By placing a COD order, you commit to being available to receive and pay at the time of delivery. Repeatedly refusing COD deliveries without prior cancellation may result in being blocked from future orders.

7. Limitation of Liability

ModernInnovations shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
