SHIPPING POLICY
We deliver across Pakistan via reputable courier partners for fast and reliable delivery.
1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS.
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad): 2–4 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3–6 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–8 business days
Timeframes may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays beyond our control.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard shipping: Rs. 200 flat rate across Pakistan
- We offer Free shipping mostly during sale
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order. A valid phone number is required for COD confirmation.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. For tracking assistance, contact us directly.
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, redelivery will be attempted. After multiple failed attempts, the parcel may be returned to us and re-shipping charges will apply.
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, take a clear unboxing video and contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.
