Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 4–6 working days depending on your city and courier availability.

Returns & Refunds

We do not offer general returns or refunds after successful delivery and acceptance of the product.

Refunds or replacements are only applicable if:

• The product received is damaged
• The wrong item was delivered

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel with proper proof (photos/videos).

Non-Delivery or Refused Orders

If a confirmed order is refused or not received at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to restrict future orders from that customer.
